Weast entered the real estate business 11 years ago, affiliating with Keller Williams in Rockwall, Texas. His experience from previous companies owned helped him understand the importance of a high level of customer service.
Weast was inspired to become a trainer as he continued to be disappointed in the lack of REAL teaching in real estate. He found Leader’s Choice when he took the class in 2008. Weast made the decision to affiliate with the company as a licensed trainer.
